Update for 25 April...
6/5 - No updates for this week. Been busy on other things, you know life... Anyway, should be an update next week, I've got a whole bunch of stuff lined up, I've just gotta put them together.
A rare mid week update for me, but I had a day off and found a few hours to make a series.
The update comes from the film Alpha Dog, about a wannabe white gangsta Johnny Truelove who begins a war with a man, Jake, who owes him money. They begin to go tit-fo-tat, finding ways to piss each other off until Truelove kidnaps Jake's brother which sets off a series of events that will of course end tragically. I was about to say that it would be interesting to see if these wannabe white gangstas stopped acting so dumb, but then I realised that ain't never going to happen. These people are the biggest dumbasses around. Whatever... Alpha Dog is well worth a look, a well made crime flick with a pretty good cast (even Justin Timberlake is bearable) and there's plenty of hot women to go 'round. Particularly Olivia Wilde...
Also, I will continue to plug the website Celeb VIP. So go take a look and see for yourself.

Update for 22 April...
After the complete wasteland that has been the last few months, there's now a few decent releases that are worth capping. I have had a few series lined up from my hard drive, but they have been put back for a little while as I get the new releases out.
First up is the remake of The Hitcher, another bastardisation from hack director Michael Bay's production company Platinum Dunes, who have decided to systemically remake films that have some popularity and come up with complete yawns. My biggest problem with these remakes is not that they are been remade, but that these films are so forgettable. They haven't really been that bad (well the 2 Texas Chainsaw Massacre films were pretty poor), they just haven't been worth watching. The original Hitcher isn't exactly a brilliant film, but it had some quite stunning moments and a rather nasty villain which gave it's cult status. All the remake has done is photocopy the original, amped up the violence and gore (although the original is violent enough) and flip the ending. And Sean Bean is clearly in 'doing it for the money' node. Yep, another pointless remake. Alright, Sophia Bush is always worth a look and the only reason I watched it in the first place. And there's a number of sexy scenes in the film, including a few upskirts and getting changed in the car. She is quite yummy indeed.
These Girls is an interesting little comedy about 3 teenage girls, one of which is babysitting for a man, but is also having an affair with him. The other two find out and decide to blackmail the man into having sex with them. This film is pretty funny at times and has some interesting plot twists and is well worth a look if you can find it.
As I said above, there's going to be some new stuff released over the next few updates, which will be a change. And I'm not talking about small updates either. There might be an update mid-week depending on what happens on my day off and whether or not I can find a few hours. Just have to wait and see.
Also, I will continue to plug the website Celeb VIP. So go take a look and see for yourself.

Update for 15 April...
Not really a prolific week for me, but I haven't been that motivated to do much, particularly in the last couple of days. Plus, I had a late change in what I was going to release when I picked up a copy of Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus. I need to improve the Nicole Kidman section of my website, this is only my third series of her, but the catch in increasing this section is I'll have to rewatch a bunch of films I cannot stand. I either like Nicole Kidman films or I find them completely unbearable. Fur: etc is one of her more bearable efforts, a story about a photographer who develops a friendship then a romantic relationship with a man who suffers from a disorder where the hair on the body grows uncontrollably. I actually sort of know the photographic work of Diane Arbus too, so this film did sort of interest me. And it's definitely worth a look.
Alright, alright, I've gone all high brow this week, a couple of glamourous Australian women in some high end arthouse films. Second up in Notes on a Scandal, a pretty good film about a teacher who has an affair with a student and how a fellow teacher gets involved in the scandal. Cate Blanchett and Judi Dench are always classy and there is no exception here, but if you don't like some heavy going, you'll probably won't be interested. But, as I said above, I need to class up the website a bit, and Cate Blanchett does that nicely. Sadly, I can't bring you any videos from the film as I'm having problems with sync. I'll try to fix these problems, but it might take a while.
Also, I will continue to plug the website Celeb VIP. So go take a look and see for yourself.
And of course, the search section is still available, well it still works. A few of you have used it and I hope you have found what you are looking for. As I will continue to say, it's constantly under construction, so there are small problems, but it works well enough.

Update for 9 April...
9/4 - Check out the improved search section of the website. You can now search for name, production (TV series/movie) or both.
Before I get started on this new update, I'd just like to mention the search section of the website. It now has a bit more functionality with the production now been searchable and you can even be more specific and search for an actress from a certain film. Look, I'm not going to say it's perfect, it's not, but it's a vast improvement. Of course, I'm looking to improve it even further, but my PHP/MSSql skills are limited and I'm learning on the fly. What I'd really like is someone with PHP/MSSql skills willing to help me out with a few ideas I have. If I did it by myself, it'll take me forever to work out, time I could be spending on making more collages, so anybody wants to help, just contact me via email.
I also have a stake in a new website called Celeb VIP. There is an amazing selection of/images and videos of thousands of celebrities from all over the world and is constantly updated. I have provided a lot of my own content for the site, much of which will never be available at this site. All of which is available at a very reasonable price. So go take a look and see for yourself.
OK, this update, which I did say in the last update wasn't going to happen, but this hasn't actually taken me that long to make. First up, The Other Boleyn Girl, a British TV movie, which is now being made into a movie starring Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman. I have actually made caps from the movie before, but from a low quality video source. This time, I got it from a digital TV source, so there is defintely worth a look. I'm not predicting much from the new movie in regards to nudity, unlike this movie which surprisingly enough has a little from Jodhi May. I've also featured Jodhi from the interesting thriller Blinded. And finally, I've got some caps of Kerry Condon from the film Bitter Harvest. Let's just say that she looks remarkably different from what she does on Rome, where she looks amazingly hot. In Bitter Harvest, she looks mousy, which is never a bad thing...

Update for 7 April...
Got some stuff done early, mainly because there isn't that much, so I've decided to release this update it a day early. I may or may not have another update over the weekend, that depends on how other things go, but if I was to bet one way or the other, I'd say there probably won't be.
As I continue to say, there isn't much around so that means I can release stuff pretty much as soon as it comes across my desk. That's not a bad thing, as the usual turnaround is between a week and a month from when I get the DVD source. But, the last couple of updates have been 2-3 days, which I only usually do for special updates. But, that also means that things will dry up at some stage, as I think the next few weeks will, so I'm going to have to dig into my hard drive, and that is running out fast.
First up, the Australian film, Solo, which was made as a result of running the local Project Greenlight contest (I think a second one has been run and won just recently). It's about a hitman (Colin Friels, as gruff as ever) who is trying to get out of the game but is given one last job, kill a university student (Boyana Novakovic) who is doing her masters degree about local crime syndicates. Of course, he takes a shine to her, but things don't go according to plan. The film has a nice twist ending (which my caps actually give away... Oops, spoiler alert) and is an alright film, but let's face it, Australian filmmakers can do crime films blindfolded and this one just doesn't take the next step into a great film.
Let's face it, if a film stars Billy Zane and Dennis Hopper, you really shouldn't be expecting much, but this film isn't as bad as it could've been. Sure, it's still a B-thriller about Billy Zane being exposed to something that is used to invoke deeply buried memories, but it seems he has been given the memories of, yep you guessed it, a serial killer. Now of course he has to find this serial killer before it's too late. As I said before, it's better than it sounds, but that's not really saying much. And Tricia Helfer is always nice eye candy (and has a much bigger role than the advertising leads us to believe).

This is the end... Or maybe it isn't...
APRIL FOOLS!!
In case you missed it, I retired!
I'd like to thank all the people I fooled and all those I didn't. In fact, everything was last minute and I posted it just before the 12 o'clock deadline here. I only gave one clue and that was I highlighted the date. To those who picked it, good for you. The sad part is that most of what I wrote is true, so I didn't need to make stuff up. Maybe the joke is on me...
Alright, on with the caps. First up is the Australian film, Macbeth, a modern day upgrade of the Shakespeare play to the Melbourne Underworld. Made by the director of Romper Stomper and co-written by one of the women featured today, Victoria Hill, it is actually a pretty good adapation of what I think is Shakie's best play. And then there's the three witches, who do all there action naked (see the 6 and half minute video). It's good to see some real women been chosen to get naked, not the plastic women that a Hollywood production would have chucked in. Hell, they probably wouldn't have gotten naked. One of the witches, Kate Bell, was on the kids TV show, Blue Water High, which I attempted to cap, lots of bikini action in it, but she is very naked here. I might have to find the caps I did from that show. I seem to remember Tahyna Tozzi in a bikini a lot... Where are those caps...?
Hey, look what I found on an abandoned hard drive...
Looks like I've got something to do. (Oh, and I'm a bad man, looking at a kids show like this).
I haven't seen 300, I deliberately avoided watching it, just fast forwarding to the bit I was going to cap. I'm planning on seeing it possibly in IMAX with some friends next weekend, when it finally opens here. But, here's some caps from what was classified a DVD screener, but I've seen better. That doesn't mean the caps are terrible though (I wouldn't have done it overwise), so enjoy!
As I keep saying (and probably will continue to do so, April's another Black Hole), there's not much about capping wise. I've taken a look at my hard drive, and man it's running dry. There's some interesting stuff, but not much. But, I'll try to manufacture something, as I always seem to do.
